Montecito Sequoia Family Camp
2009 KILT Program Application

Thank you for your interest in the Montecito Sequoia Family Camp KILT Program.  The KILT Program is designed to be a Campers in Leadership Training program, where each KILT is taught the important leadership skills to become a counselor.  The program consists of leadership training, free time to enjoy camp activities, and assisting counselors with activities and chores.  KILTs are assigned to KILT cabins, with the KILT Director or KILT Counselor.  To apply for a KILT session you must be entering at least the 9th grade (preferably the 10th grade) next fall!  We will be accepting 10 boys and 10 girls for each two week session. 

The application below is the first step towards becoming a Montecito KILT.  Section 1 is to be filled out by the KILT applicant.  Section 2 needs to be filled out by a Parent or Legal Guardian. All fields must be answered.  Applications with missing information will not be processed. A $100 application fee is required before the application is processed.  You will be contacted for payment option upon receipt of your application.  Application Deadline - April 1st, 2009.

KILTS are actively engaged in sports and unorganized play while at Montecito Sequoia.  KILTS and Parents need to be fully aware of the program and understand risks involved in participating in such a program.  KILTS are asked to notify activity counselors or camp nurse if they are fatigued.  KILTS agree to cooperate in Health and Safety standards as set forth by the Montecito Sequoia.  Any care required outside of our infirmary, or for special health services will not be paid by the KILT or Guardian.  In case of accident or sickness, Montecito Sequoia has my authorization to secure such medical attention at Children's Hospital as is deemed necessary.  All KILTs must complete and submit our Health Record Form.
