Cancellations and Changes
Requests for cancellation or changes may be made by calling our
Reservations Toll Free Number: (800) 227-9900. For a full refund
of your deposit, we must receive requests for cancellations, or
changes to your reservations at least forty-eight (48) hours
prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you fail to arrive on
the scheduled arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled
and you will not receive any refund or credit. Our cancellation
policy is strictly enforced and does not allow for any
exceptions. Cancellation Policy does not apply to Family Camp
