SPRING 2019 ALL-INCLUSIVE WEEKEND RETREAT RATES*
Double-Occupancy Room: $434 + tax per person*
Single-Occupancy Room: $648 + tax per person*
Upgraded Accommodations (eg. Forest Cabins or Suites) available by Special Request for added cost; see online reservation form for more information.
*Note: All-Inclusive Rates include 2-nights lodging, six buffet meals, all program, yoga, guided hikes, resort facilities/activities, and wine & cheese nightly. All standard retreat accommodations are lodge rooms with private baths. Single-occupancy room will feature a queen bed, while Double-occupancy rooms will feature a queen bed, plus a bunk. You may also request to upgrade your accommodation or add more guests to a shared room for an added fee; To reserve your spot, you can book via our online reservation form here:

Do you have a tough time allowing yourself time to relax? Let's face it, as women in the 21st century juggling our lives and relationships - just an hour long massage isn't enough to truly soothe our souls to the core. Taking a weekend away from our home environment allows us the space that's needed to really replenish and rejuvenate ourselves.
Designed for all fitness levels, Julie 'Shiva' Hale has been leading these affordable retreats for several years now, building a loyal following of women that recognize that time away is time well spent.
A weekend in the woods at Montecito Sequoia Lodge, in the beautiful Sequoia National Forest, is the perfect way to push the reset button and recharge ourselves - so that we can fully participate effectively in our busy contemporary lives.
Take a break, grab a friend and come up for a relaxing and rejuvenating Women's Wellness Weekend at Montecito. Yoga twice daily, wine and cheese receptions, hiking, mindfulness practice and self-care presentations.

All is optional, of course - you may just choose to sit in the hot tub and enjoy the view, or read a book cozied up by the fireplace!
