FALL 2017 ALL-INCLUSIVE RATES*
Double-Occupancy Lodge Room:
$400 per person*
Single-Occupancy Lodge Room:
$500 per person*
*Note: All-Inclusive Retreat rates include 2-nights lodging, six buffet meals, all program, yoga, guided hikes, resort facilities/activities, and wine & cheese nightly. All retreat accommodations are lodge rooms with private baths. Single-occupancy room will feature a queen bed, while Double-occupancy rooms will feature a queen bed plus a bunk.

Designed for all fitness levels, Julie 'Shiva' Hale has been leading these affordable retreats for several years now, building a loyal following whom recognize that time away is time well spent.
A weekend in the woods at Montecito Sequoia Lodge, in the beautiful Sequoia National Forest, is the perfect way to push the reset button and recharge ourselves - so that we can fully participate effectively in our busy contemporary lives.
Take a break, grab a friend, partner or spouse, and come up for a relaxing and rejuvenating Wellness Weekend at Montecito. Yoga twice daily, wine and cheese receptions, hiking, mindfulness practice and self-care presentations.

All is optional, of course - you may just choose to sit in the hot tub and enjoy the view, or read a book cozied up by the fireplace!
Please Note: Space is limited to 10 guests per session, so reserve early to guarantee a place in the weekend, or weekends, of your choice!
